A Savannah native, Latila has spent her life serving the community she proudly calls home. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Savannah State University before continuing her education with a master’s, specialist, and doctorate degree. Today, she serves as the Coordinator of Academic Interventions with the Jasper County School District.

Her career in education has always been centered on helping others succeed. That same passion now guides her work in real estate, where she is committed to providing honest advice, exceptional service, and a seamless experience for every client.

Outside of real estate, Latila enjoys traveling, sewing, swimming, and spending time with her husband, five children, grandchildren, family, and church community. She believes every client deserves to feel confident throughout their home buying or selling journey and is dedicated to exceeding expectations every step of the way
